Nick is a managing member of Clark & Warnecke Law LLC as well as Benchmark Title Services LLC Services LLC. Nick is a lawyer, licensed title agent, and a member of several area boards including the Arnold C. Dienstberger Foundation, Inc.
Nick’s practice areas include, probate estate administration, real estate law, and estate planning.
Nick is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Nick currently resides in Delphos with his wife Elise. Nick has two children who also reside in Delphos, Alex and Eric. Nick belongs to the Delphos St. John Catholic Church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Ryan J. Warnecke
Ryan is a managing member of Clark & Warnecke Law LLC as well as Benchmark Title Services LLC Services LLC. Ryan is a lawyer, licensed title agent, and a member of several area boards including the Delphos Youth Football Association and Delphos Baseball and Softball Association.
Ryan’s practice areas includes, real estate, estate planning, long term care planning, estate administration, trust administration, and business planning.
Ryan is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Ryan currently resides in Delphos with his wife Meredith, and their three children, Evan, Andrew, and Mara. Ryan is a member of Delphos St. John Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. When not at the office, you can find Ryan on a baseball field, football field, or basketball court coaching the area youth.
